    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Essentially when you use information that your character would have no way of knowing, like for example if your character is a peasant, and you as a player knows about magic, if you say your character knows how magic works, that's metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: pretty much when you say your character can do anything, like being extremely powerful for no reason, or forcing and ignoring actions.
