You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Well I..." Zenos starts to talk, then stops, trying to think of what to say. "I just came here from the forest nearby, I was exploring for a magic user to try and help me to decode this book." Zenos says as he holds up a book written in the language of old, used in the enchanting tables some mages use. "Might you be able to help me? I understand if you can't of course." Zenos says as he puts the book down.
Backstory and other character info:
Zenos has a strong willpower to do what's right but doesn't understand what right is, emotional trauma caused him to be unable to tell right and wrong, and now suffers because of that simple fact
Zenos has the goal of becoming the best ninja since everyone kept looking down on him for messing up all the missions. He also dreams of becoming a powerful mage since he was told that mages can turn back time and revert things to the way they once were.
Zenos' greatest fear is realizing that he's following the wrong person and doing the wrong things after he's already done some terrible stuff.
Backstory:
Zenos is a ninja who grew up in a town all the way out in the middle of nowhere. He never really succeeded at many of the missions he was sent on but he did manage to get at least a slight level of professionalism at his skills. One mission went south though, they were raiding a wizard's tower and he found a strange book floating above a pedestal and grabbed it. The entire tower fell apart and killed everyone but Zenos. When Zenos returned to town he was thrown out and banished, all he had was a book written in a language he can't understand, even to this day. Now he travels the land trying to find someone who can teach him the magic inside the book, but until then he just has to survive on his own.
Note:
I have two accounts because I lost the password to my old one and I was younger than 13 when I made it then read the rules... so I made a new one since I lost the poassword.
