I eye him, head to toe, suspicious of his friendly demeanor. It is not often that a rich citizen, or a noble from the bloodline manors, approached me. But this man looked honest, so I opened myself up to him: “To be honest, sir, I do not know. It is true that I seek Magic, and I seek to discover my legacy, but the world is a fickle place, so I shall go wherever it takes me” I say, calmly, as I look around “And it seems the world took me here, in front of you. That could mean something, don’t you say? Perhaps it was, as people so often state, fated by the gods, or destiny, but I say it was business opportunity. You, sir, look like a rich man, in needs of services, or in need of...someone else to get their hands dirty for you. What do you say to that? ”
