Keith Russell is 20 year old highlander who grew up as an only child with his father, Jack Russell, in the forests near the Princedom of Fenn in Atlas. His father was well known among villages that he lived in growing up as he often was considered extremely skilled combat and was given the title, “The Terrier that Never Stayed Down.” Keith has very limited knowledge of his Highlander culture because his father did not teach him very much. Some basic things he knew was that he would eventually need to grow and dye his hair for battle like Highlanders normally do. Keith was a descendant of the Hanseti but never associated much with any church. Some would see him as a bit of an outcast. Jack Russell knew that his son would need to know how to live on his own very quickly as he had an unidentified sickness that slowly killed him over years. He gave Keith a handcrafted, very beautiful and large two handed axe that had the phrase, “Observatio Fidem” engraved in the long handle, which meant keeping the faith, that had been passed down for generations and used in war. He spent his last remaining years of his life teaching him how to live in nature and society. He became very strong, very intelligent, and had very fast reflexes. Like his father, he is very Fearless and Energetic, and quite stubborn at the same time. This gave him a berserker like personality in combat, and the confident like personality among people. His father died while he was at 17, and they had live together all his life in a cottage in the woods with occasional visits to villages. This would severely emotionally damage Keith for the rest of his life and would often give him poor judgement. Now, using the skills he has developed his entire life, he has decided to find a new life else where seeking danger, adventure, and prosperity. He is the last of his bloodline left and is determined to ensure the continuation of his bloodline and make sure nobody forgets who his family was, although his emotional background could hold him back from greatness if he is not careful
