Lily was brought up in a decent enough household; they almost always had enough to go around due to her father’s supply chain somewhere in Arcas, and her mother was always around growing up. She got access to a decent level of education, and made acquaintances rather well. Growing up, she tended to wander through the town and forest, and met Mio quite a few times, being neighbors. Her parents and his parents had known each other for a bit, being neighbors and all, but Lily and Mio developed a decently close friendship throughout the later couple of years, starting from funnily enough, a bunch of glowberries. When Lily was 14, however, she started getting more into health and nursing, taking up an internship for a local doctor in the town. After a couple years of that and interacting with other people, the doctor recommended Lily to an under-staffed clinic in another town that would greatly appreciate her help. At great reluctance, however, She accepted it, and headed out in search of the town.
“Oh, uh.. Good question. I heard this place had a understaffed clinic around? I dunno, Ralph didn’t say much about it.”
She’d awkwardly chuckle.
“I suppose it’d be cool to elevate my place in society, though. Thanks for the welcome.”
She’d look around, captivated by all of the shops and stalls, thank the man for his hospitality, and start finding out where the nearest empty home/inn is.
