    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming could be defined as using knowledge gained outside of the rp and Minecraft as a whole. An example could be, The dwarves have a hidden site of a bountiful mine filled with many different resources. they keep this a secret. But outside of the server, One of the members of the dwarves who knows of the location, Sells the information to someone in another faction. and suddenly, humans have the location without finding it in game.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming means when someone decides that they can't be defeated no matter what anyone tries. if they're about to be defeated in a battle that has Lore implications, they would pull a macguffin no one had any information about and attempt to reverse the situation, attempting to always result in a win scenario for them, even when they need to lose.

I would look upon the man, noting his well dressed demeanor. He was likely someone of high standing, that or a head of a trading company, or even a noble. Most likely what i said to him would affect my own standing in the city. I took a moment to collect myself before speaking. "If i would have to quantify myself, i would have to say gathering knowledge."

I would then pull out a book from my side, showing it to the man. On it were three letters, D.K.F. "I am a travelling Nomad of sorts. I travel the kingdoms of this world seeking knowledge and history that should be jotted down. This can range from historical facts, to stories of the many races beliefs and their teachings." I would smile as i put the book away, though my smile was hidden by the mask i wore. "My people had a saying I myself am rather fond of. Knowledge is something that should be revered, and kept safe. Those who abuse knowledge are some of the worst people."
