(Written as the character telling his life story)
I was born in a small farmstead that was quite isolated from the rest of the world because as my father had put it:”We make enough for ourselves, so we could live a decent life, we don’t need to trade or talk with others”, my early years were spent learning what i could from my father and mother, my father tried to mold me to become a farmer with no higher desires in life, the fool, for i would be unwilling and somewhat unable to become such a common peasant, mostly due to my will to become something great, and the fact that i was not so above average physically could also have played a small factor in that. But alas,as my years grew so did my intelligence and plans. When i was nearing the seventh year of my life i got a little brother, the few years that followed were a nightmare for me. When i was twelve years old my father informed me that i would inherit the farm and that i should “man up” as he said.
Following this the next few years i searched for every bit of knowledge i could in the farm , sadly it was not much so i only gained a basic understanding of common social gestures and geography, my efforts of course were undermined by my family, who spent this time amazed by my brother who seemed to be just the perfect peasant to be.In the end my education if you even could call it that was very basic. When i was 16 i had gone near the local road and met some elven scholars there and to my luck they knew common so i could talk with them, after a short talk i had discovered that they were heading to The Eternal Library in The Silver State of Haelun’or as it had been reopened that year, i was intrigued by this and the moment i got home i noted it down so maybe, just maybe i could get there one day. After this i gone to the nearby road every day i could so i could gain more knowledge of the world and what was happening in it. For a few years this wielded just minor scraps of information about the nearby settlements Oren and Urguan. When i turned 20, my motivation to grow physically had increased, but what had increased more was my fear of death as one may put it, as i had picked up from the travelers that there was a war happening in the north west between elves, war of ironwood, and in contrast to my previously simple and peaceful life this had agitated me as i was hit with the understanding that i will probably die one day, so i did the logical thing and rejected such a revelation, how could one such as me die?
When i became 21, my mind was already set on what needed to be done in my life, i came to the conclusion that i should in one way or the another obtain immortality and that i should also become a ruler, because what other life could be suited to one such as i? I had gained goals, now i forged plans, starting with how i would sell the farm to gain the money needed to learn and obtain a proper education for one such as i.
At the good age of 22 i was greeted with a terrible surprise, my father had decided that my brother instead of me would get the farm after his death, which was approaching as both he and my mother were getting quite old, this i could not take, how did he dare to deny me my birthright and give it to brother who was no better then a common peasant, so i did the most logical thing, i locked him and my mother and my brother in a room, dressed myself in the best clothes we had, took some food and my notes with me and set fire to the building, i watched as my inferior family burned like the common idiots they were. After this “accidental fire incident” i took off to the world to gain power, wealth and immortality by any means necessary.

Slightly surprised by the cheerful man Velhrun, after a moment of thought gave a response. “Well i am here in search of a better life, so you could say that i seek wealth and to gain a higher standing in society!”
The gentleman still smiling and not changing his posture joyfully replied. “Well then you have come to the right place.”
Following this response Velhrun evaluated the man before him and inquired “Looking at you, you seem to be quite successful, so could you point me towards the nearest trader of books?”
“Why yes indeed, there are many traders of books in this fine city, most of them in the southern part in that direction” The gentleman said, as he pointed towards the southern part of the city.
Velhrun slightly smiled and then continued “Thank you good sir, may i also inquire where is the nearest food trader?”
“The food traders are usually located near the eastern part of the city, but some of them are near the docks like that one over there.” The gentleman said, pointing the finger to a nearby trader.
“Well that would be all the information that i require, have a good day!” Velhron said as he took off towards the southern part of the city.
