Arkoh born of the Maehr'sae, a pure-blooded child possessing a studious and inquisitive nature. While naturally inclined to the pursuit of knowledge, the long years spent pouring through tedious publications left him with a healthy appreciation of whimsy. In his years of thinking he often pondered the question; to which is knowledge better imbibed? Through a tome, or through one’s own eyes? Through funding from the Haelun'or College he acquisited with sensible research prospects, he set off across the land of Atlas, a pioneer of the advancement of knowledge like the elves of old - or those who were fortunate enough to have their tales survive the passing of time.
Time passed as it does. Funding soon dried with untenable progress towards his research prospects. Setbacks more prevalent than positive thoughts. Arkoh, through an innate sense of pride (or stubbornness), continued his studies well into his second century, although not entirely with the same ideals since its advent. Idle musings and ideas begin to coalesce into thoughts deemed too dangerous to inscribe. There are ways to circumvent the rules of life, death, and everything in-between. Arkoh would make it his interest to find out how.
