Aywin Noada was born into a loving family of Mali'ame near Elvenesse. She was an inquisitive child with a penchant for finding wayward animals or those who had been injured in the forest and nursing them back to help. Her father told her that this was their family legacy and that they have always been healers in one form or another. She had two sisters, Cara and Palum, on either side of her birth and grew up close with them. They enjoyed exploring the forest together looking for adventure. They would engage in forestry games together as a means of developing their skills and challenging one another. When she was old enough, Aywin apprecticed under her mother as a natural healer using herbs and tinctures to help those in need. She longed to join the ranks of the Mali'ame druids and knew that her path was laid out before her should she be willing to take it. She longed to help in righting the wrongs visited upon the lands by practitioners of evil arts and the devastation of war.
You’ve just stepped off of the boat in the port of a massive and fortified city. Before you lies a sprawling bazaar, with numerous shops, stalls, and seated traders selling wares to folk of all walks of life. Just as you’re about to continue walking onwards, into the market, you’re approached by a well-dressed gentleman who looks upon you with a big smile. “Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
Aywin is instantly struck by the industriousness and... busyness of the port city. She takes in her surroundings with hope as the gentleman approaches. She puts on a large smile and responds, "Hello there, sir. Thank you for the kind greeting. I know not yet what my future holds, but I have to lend aid to those who would need it. I wish to engage with the local apothecaries and healers to continue my learning. I am hopeful that there will be those of like mind who would welcome me. Do you perhaps know of a group like this?"
