Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Ila turns her head to the woman with a bit of surprise though her face is primarily monotone. She adjusts her coif to ensure her ears are hidden as she twirls a long, loose strand of hair around her finger as she moved to sit down. She hums a bit before speaking rather softly. "My, story?" She ponders the question. "It is nothing of great importance- I suppose. I was abandoned at an orphanage as a baby before being adopted by my mother and father." She paused to debate on adding the next portion. "They were both canonists, GOD fearing individuals. I was raised much the same." A smile crept across her face as she thought for a moment. "Though, I have always sought a life that was meant to help others." her smile folded back into it's blank expression. "I'm off to join the church, my parents hope that it will allow me to be with them in the end days." She slowly stood back up, curtsying to the crone. "Thank you for your time, my lady." She then arose once again before carrying herself off and out of the tent.
