Sazanka stepped off the boat that brought her to this new land, looking around as she walked slowly down the dock. The weather was much warmer then what she was used to back at home. She zoned out, recalling memories of her home somewhat missing it. She knew there was nothing left for her back there. Her red dress made her stand out a lot from its vibrant colors compared to the background of the dock and ocean. Her though process was then suddenly interrupted by a well dressed gentleman. She didn’t mind as thinking about home was simply a distraction to her goals. Upon the man asking ‘what brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?’ She replied not telling the full truth, but enough of what she thought the gentle man could handle.
“I’m here to more or less start a new life. There’s nothing for me back home and there should be plenty of things to help me pursue my search for knowledge this land can offer.”
She returned a nice smile, understanding that this man probably could help direct her to a possible archive, she still waited for his response. Her next thoughts were to ask about a small tour of the city and go from there as long as it was not to much of a task for this kind man. All seems to be going well so far... making a new life, friends and such seemed like it wouldn’t be too hard to do.
