    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Knowing events that you shouldn't , for example using social media or information from the internet and adding it into the roleplay.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Forcing your way through even if logic is against it. Say if you got hit by a sword you can't be unscathed.

Many years ago two elves which were snow elves left their baby in front of a town where it was to be raised, in Atlas. The baby was shown as abandoned and was left to fight for itself.At age five she was bullied as she lived on the street fending for food, people judged her and saw her as the towns "abandoned one". Due to this at age thirteen she left the town and headed north to find comfort and a job to take as she had nothing, although with a dream she could not stop refusing, where she was trying to reach. As years went by taking jobs and stealing now and then, fending for herself in the cold parts. She worked as a blacksmith soon to become a warrior, although she was a strong book worm and enjoyed the company of books, she is smart and doesn’t take no for an answer, the books she reads is all about warrior although her small secret is she enjoys reading romance novels. Not greiving of her past and how she was abandoned, she didn't care she marched on with life looking for a new way to make things work out for her. Her hard work is always paying off but the struggle she gives makes her tired and weak. With the trainging she wants to do and the things she want to accomplish, this wouldn't be easy for someone who started with nothing. 

 

She starts to decide to take herself out of the town she placed herself in and adventure to find a new home and place to settle to train and possibly find love. Alavara was keen on finding her soulmate although she didn't act like it her heart was to destroyed from love she never thought about it but who knew there is someone out there once in a while. She lived in a village near Sleetfalls were she is settling for a couple of months then moving depending on how much she enjoys the area and what new things she finds.

 

She carrys her sword along with her which she found in a ruin when she was younger, its a normal sword that she carries around made out of iron. She is very comfortable in the cold, at times although heat is her weakness it makes her tired an unaible to do anything. Her weakness is also love she is unable to love easily her trust was lost many years ago. Her strength is knowledge due to her being a bookworm she can grab the information that she needs, as she is quite wise.

 

 

Her personality is mostly strong and confident although sometimes timid, when trying to seduce she will deflict, to scared to show her true self she hides her past and doesn’t accept random people into her life.

Physical Description: she is 5.6 ft, weighing 49 kg, deep blue eyes as dark as the the ocean at night, with pale and white hair.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

You must make the following changes within a 24 hour period or your application shall be denied.

 

1. Your definitions of both metagaming and powergaming are both incorrect and lack detail.

Please refer to the wiki page linked at the bottom of this comment to enhance your definitions.

 

2. Your biography works, though you must mention at least one piece of lore, whether it be a destination within

Atlas etc.

 

3. You mentioned having a sword that seems extremely powerful, and we don’t allow players to start with

an advantage over other server members. So you’ll need to take that out or change it to a normal sword.

4. Your name should follow lore, I can link an elf name generator below if desired. 

 

5. You claim your character is unable to feel the cold, which is a good example of powergaming, and you’ll need

to change that to maybe feeling comfortable in the cold. 

 

6. Holding “A power no one knows” unfortunately isn’t allowed, so I’d like you to replace it with another weakness.
