    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming: Metagame is defined, the player transfers OOC information to inside game. Either this could be for their own benefit or not, but it is forbidden by server rules. Example for Metagame; The player if doesn't know his rival's name tag and says his name without learn his name from the role, it would be defined metagame.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming: Powergaming is mean ain't acting like a human. We have to shows our behaviors as in real life. If we can't lift a vehicle with one hand in real life, we can't lift in-game as well.

Graklak gets off the boat, walks slowly. He goes to the man with greetings and speaks to him. "Hey! This is Gralak. I just need some work, the only reason I'm here is you know a place like a tavern?" Graklak finishes talking to the guy and looks for a job. He goes to a local tavern and starts a business there. They looked at the tavern. Then Graklak wanted to tour around and asked the man if there were other job opportunities. The man who took care of her also showed Graklak different jobs. "Hey I appreciate you buddy!" called Graklak. Then Graklak, who finally decided on the tavern, got ready to start work there and settled down there. After all of this, seems like new adventures await Graklak.
