Ki Heliconia was born in Dominion. His father was a woodcarver and her mother was an florist. His father, Lark Heliconia usually taught him how to carve wood. His parent would usually leave him behind when they traveled to different towns. They would mostly sell Woodworks and flowers. One day there was an accident when they were traveling to Holm. Ki had no idea that his parents were gone. He waited for days until he realized that they aren't coming back. He remembered what his father said to him:
"Remember son. whenever you feel angry or sad, carving wood somehow relaxes."
And so he carved a mask that he uses to hide his tears of sorrow. He fled his old home and wandered to different woods and would usually move to a different forest once a year.
He ate what the forest had. Meat, fruit and berries.
Ki was in need of money so he decided to become a thief. Scaring Caravan merchants when they went through the forest. In fear they would drop small bags of coins and food, because they would think of him as an monster due to his wooden mask. He lives his life as a rogue/thief.
