    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the act of gaining and using the information given to someone that is not within their character. For example, this could be were person A is told in real life via a medium such as discord that somewhere is being attacked. If person A then logged on and proceeded to head over to the place this was happening that would be metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is the act of doing something that could be unrealistic or unfair. This could be certain things such as ignoring certain effects such as magic or doing abnormal physical accomplishments. An example of powergaming would be, if person A emoted " Arthur stabs Reginald, killing him almost instantly" this would be powergaming as person A has forced his emote onto someone else.

"Um...Hello" Kavemis replies unsteadily.

He says this whilst he moves his hand over his sword ready to unsheathe it.

The man replies " Hey there's no need to get rowdy, i'm just wondering why someone like you is here?"

Kavemis tells the man " Well, I am here to make some coin"

"I presume that would be some form of fighting not commerce" The man tells Kavemis

Kavemis nods his head in agreement. "Now my kind man please, if you would be so kind as to allow me back to my travels." 

" Oh! Why of course" The gentleman responds 

The man moves out of the way and Kavemis heads away from the bazaar towards a tavern.

Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 24
Physical Description: He is of normal height, ginger hair and of a strong, fit body build. He most commonly will be seen wearing a suit of armour.

1. Your metagaming description is too short, and your powergaming description isn't quite correct. Please make sure both are at least 2 sentences long.

2. Your character biography needs 1 more lore reference; this can be a place, event, piece of history, religion, et cetera.

3. Your character's thing he most likes about himself describes him as being able to "fight off others with ease." This would be powergaming.

4. Your character's thing he most dislikes about himself needs to be at least 2 sentences long.

5. Your roleplay scenario needs to be at least 5 sentences long.

6. Your skin is not quite up to LotC standards. I also suggest that you make or find a skin in which the character is wearing armor, as to fit with his paranoia/always wearing armor, as you describe.

Hey there, your application is almost there, although it needs just a couple more changes before I can accept it. As with before, you can PM me if you need help, and you have 24 hours to make these changes.

 

1. You say your character is of the Red Faith and worships the Allfather, yet you also say that he believes in no god; these two bits of information conflict with one another.

2. You need to explain why your character has those dislikes about himself.
