    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is utilization of knowledge that said character should not or does not have. Most commonly, this is utilized in by knowing things OOCly, and having your character know the same ICly despite having no realistic or fair reason to.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is utilizing power in-character far beyond that of which your character should have, to the point of being OOCly unfair. Forcing actions onto someone, ignoring the actions of others, etc.
