    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using information I know as a human being not as a in-game character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Doing anything that wouldn't be in my character's capabilities - like killing someone that is way more powerful than me, although I can try to do such feats.

Me: *Mael'thas looks quite surprised by his arrival *, "Oh hello there good sir, do you welcome everybody that arrives here? " *Mael'thas looks at other people who arrived*
