    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using knowledge gained from outside the game in the game, resulting in an unfair (and lore-breaking) advantage.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Doing unrealistic or unfair things, breaking the lore of the world. This includes performing impossible physical or mental feats, gaining knowledge from outside the game world or forcing others to do certain things (ie. emotes).

I look at him from the bottom of his foot to the top of his head. I am being careful. I talk with a respectful tone.

“Adventure, always. Who’s asking?”

(I imagine he tells me he owns a store in the bazaar. He is just looking to “welcome new folk in town”. He then tells me I don’t look like an adventurer, mentioning my size. He gives off a creepy vibe.)

I am evidently annoyed by him. I think he is probably trying to sell me something. However, I am most annoyed by his lack of respect towards me.
