Born only as a commoner in Haense, nothing was more revered by Aleksander than the role in life guardsmen played while vigilantly watching over the Yatl Wasteland. After years of attending sermons in local churches shaped him, providing moral and ethical pillars into his being. As soon as he was able, he trained for the glories of battle as a novice. Finally, when Aleksander considered himself ready at age 22, he was battered by the harsh weather and brutal combat of the Wastelands. These experiences enhanced his skills in combat, but also his view of life. Bloodshed warped his measure of violence, and the glory erected from it shifted his morals. With these new ideals, he now patrols the kingdom’s borders and roads from filth such as thieves and non-humans. Also, sickness and pain shook his soul so much that even his religion was reduced to foul words against any enemy.
