Daerya grew up in the Dominion of Malin with her father, mother and her 2 sisters. Her parents had been trained in the arts of magic which had always inspired her to aspire to learn the act, however she has always wanted to enter the political spectrum since she has great knowledge from reading and her teachings.
She has a rivalry between her sister's by being the middle child of the family therefore meaning not getting much attention as her older and younger sisters which has led Daerya to gain a much stern, hostile and secluded persona.
She's lived a life of hatred from her sisters and ignorance from her parents, she believes high elven society needs a more modern approach to their traditions and is considered an outcast by her strict religious family. Daerya has gained a dark side to her experience of childhood and due to her recently becoming an adult she has learned the art of manipulating her elders.

She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
