    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using others rp chats/information your character would not know to get an advantage in rp. Ie, knowing where someone is based on game chat.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: making your character overpowered/invincible. This ruins the fun for everyone. Ie, saying "I kill you with my bare hands instantly" or refusing to die.

"Stay strong, you can do this" She speaks to herself softly. However, She sneaks away to find more items and finds the things she needs and returns to her shop. "Finally, peace" she whispers to herself before returning to carving another bow. She hums a melody to herself.
