    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when a character doesn't understand, but that their actions are based on knowledge that the character couldn't possibly have. An example of metagaming is if someone else heard shouting in the woods and told you a message, then you went to the woods to investigate without proper reasoning for going into the woods in the first place.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is putting your character in higher regard by their actions to winning a fight like with immortal strength because they are weak and old and using that to win in combat. An example would be, if in combat that your character is immortal and then regardless of their actions they win a fight due to their power strength because they are stronger and tougher to win of that combat.
