    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: going and looking up info about something in the game out side of the game then saying your character knows what ever you read rather then learning it in game or in roleplay
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Basically saying your stronger then you are and making your character into a protagonist with plot armour or overpowered moves also saying you did the action without giving the other player a chance to react

Elster looks towards the gentleman, analysing the man and his attire noticing his well presented appearance and coming to the assumption that he'd be able to provide some info, he then gives off a cocky smile and puts his arm around the mans shoulders.

 

"I'm here for two things" holds out his hand and rises his index finger "number one... A DRINK" Elster exclaims with a chuckle "and number two..." Elster trails of as he rises his thumb as he ponders why he was there "number two is errr... number two? Ah! number 2 is I need info and you my friend seem like someone who knows what goes on around here" Elster grins as he walks a little in front of the man  " but first a drink as I've spent too long away from my flask... heh. Anyway Mr fancy lead the way to a tavern" Elster emphasises with an exenterated bow as he lets the man lead the way 

"Oh!" Elster exclaims as he shoots up from his bow and catches up to him "there better be ladies there!" as he clicks his fingers.
