    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: metagaming is where you use out of character information in the game, bad intentions or not.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming is where you act in a way that's unfair, like if you attack a person and say they just die instead of saying something like "I attempt to swing my heavy sword down at this person, aiming for there arm."

Read the scenario below this box and type out inside of this box how your character might respond. Your response must be at least four sentences long and include at least one action and at least one piece of dialogue surrounded by quotes.

When he heard the mans question a lot more questions appeared in his head, for example "out of all the people here why did you ask me" or "do you know my dream somehow" But he tried to ignore those thoughts and he put on a calm facade and said "Thank you for the greeting and for what brings me to this city.." he pretends to ponder "well a mans goals are his own but for right now my main tasks here right now are to get lodging." He gestures towards the numerous shops and says " and other than lodging I might have a poke around there to see there wares as there might be some items of use you know." He innocently scratched his head and put on a fake childish grin.
