Bhatrolir was born in Herfrumm where he spent most of his years. His parents used to live in the Grand Kingdom of Urguan but found themselves wishing to be more immersed within the forest everyday. One day his parents had enough and left Urguan to go travelling and decided to settle amongst Herfrumm where they were close to nature. His parents continued to travel as they would sell their farm produce to other cities throughout the realm of Almaris . This early exposure of travelling has made Bhatrolir have a love for adventure and exploring new areas. However, this also meant that whenever they returned back to their home in Herfrumm he never knew where they would next be travelling or how long they would be gone for which made him feel isolated from the other young dwarves that stayed in the village. Many of the journeys his parents took ended in Sutica where they would set up to sell their produce. Bhatrolir found himself silently listening into the conversations between his parents and customers. This made him feel a lot more comfortable in the City of Sutica than in his home village as his parents had made many more friends than in Herfrumm. Because the City of Sutica is so welcome to all races he felt a lot less judged and slowly started to recognise it as his home.  

As he got older Bhatrolir was allowed to travel on his own although he wished to travel to new places, he still found himself mainly going to Sutica for comfort. Following in his parents foot steps he travels to sell his produce that mainly consists of  fish, animal produce (e.g Milk) and fresh crops often selling to many of his parents old customers.
