    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Letting information learned out-of-character influence/affect your decisions in-character.
    Example: If John finds out his house is being robbed while on a trip somewhere he cannot act on this information as his character has no way of knowing this.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making actions/decisions that are unfair/unrealistic according to the roleplayers character.
    Example: Mark, a Dwarf, attempts to unfairly decapitate Robert, an Uruk, by saying;'Mark cleanly decapitates the head of Robert, using a dagger'. This would be unfair due to Mark never giving Robert a chance to react or rolpelay in this scenario, and is unrealistic due to Dwarves being much shorter than Uruks.
