I, Sundara Adlynn, was born 43 years ago in a snowy yet pretty unpopulated area. Both of my parents are full snow elves just like my ancestors. While growing up I was always told that people outside of the snow elf race were dangerous and a "bad influence on my young mind". Being guarded and kept from meeting people different from me just caused me to grow more curious and tempted to interact with those raised differently than me. Since my parents were always so close-minded, it allowed me to take the time to question why they were that way and ultimately decide that someones upbringing doesn't define them and most definitely should not decide who they can and can not interact with. This decision of open mindedness ended up getting me in lots of trouble growing up and would make other snow elves accuse me of awful things such as not caring about the genocide that was once held against my people. I would frequently go to meet up with friends from different backgrounds behind my parents backs and would often get caught and punished. Although my parents sound like pretty undesirable people they were overall pretty good to me. I had a decent relationship with both my mother and father. Them not allowing me to interact with people they considered different was their way of protecting me, which is because they were always told the same cautionary tales growing up so they believed they were doing what was in my best interest. My father passed when I was 42 due to getting himself into some trouble at a tavern with an orc because his close minded mentality and inability to keep things that should be kept to himself to himself.
Anyways, more about me, I am a bit of a religious woman, religion is not a topic I prefer to speak of with creatures other than fellow snow elves but it does hold a very special place in my heart. After all Wvryun and his six have done for us it would be ungrateful to not embrace this religion of ours. I am very grateful for the unique looks Lomal has given us and graciously embrace them. My mother just recently passed due to an unknown sickness and I am moving to some place new to experience new adventures and meet people that can further change my thinking, perspectives, and increase my knowledge on other such religions and cultures.cited to move to this new place for many reasons but I am personally very excited to move to a place where you may go directly to the government to make a change. I believe a people-oriented and a government that listens is a crucial aspect of a place. I am ready to walk into this new place with optimism and determination.
