*Festus yawns, stretching his arms wide and high and cracking his back side to side*
He then carries on his way after stepping off of the boat, proceeding towards the market before being approached by a well-dressed gentleman, looking upon him with a big smile.
“Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
“Greetings, friend. Thank you.” Festus smiles and nods, slightly caught off guard. “I am actually searching for some piece of my history, in hopes to find my true self.”
“Right, well my name is Kain Laviscus, should you need any guidance or a point in the right direction, don’t hesitate to give me a holler! I don’t bite.” he responds, eyeing Festus up and down.
“Festus, and much appreciated. *Festus smiles* Would you be able to help me in finding some fair bread and ale? That was quite a long trip!” he says before gesturing fatigue and rubbing his stomach.
*Kain points to a small building, with some taller buildings just behind it* “Do you see that older shop there? Just behind that you should find what you’re looking for!”
*Festus turning his head to said building* “Ahh, right. Thank you very much, Mr. Laviscus!” he says happily.
*Kain nods and gestures for him to carry on* “No worries at all, boy. Take care of yourself!”
Festus carries on his way eagerly towards the shops, past the stalls and merchants towards the taller buildings.
