Faerin blinks at the gentleman for a moment, processing his words. They knew people usually got annoyed at how long it took for them to respond, and they could see it in his eyes.
Clearing their throat, Faerin replies simply. "I would like to become a kind leader, or possibly a diplomat." They spoke very softly, barely above a whisper. Most people would ask them to repeat themselves, since hardly anyone could actually hear half of what they said. The man leaned forward, a silent question. Faerin sighed and repeated themselves, slightly louder. When the man seemed to be satisfied with their answer, they turned and joined the bustling crowd, glancing at some of the shops and stalls before continuing along.
