Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
Eirik: -Eirik and his adoptive siblings [Other players] arrive together with heavy steps, Eirik having to carry most of the luggage even though he is the oldest sibling. "Uhm well, we've been sort of pushed out, our parents.... They didn't want us anymore.... Ever since they had their 'Real child' they didn't want us there to ruin the 'perfect' one. Our adoptive parents are dark elves who adopted us since they couldn't manage to get pregnant, but we mistakingly thought they loved us I suppose... As the oldest I've had to try and act as their guardian, but there is only so much I can do." He sighed and looked up at his farlander, wood elf and high elf sisters before he looked back at the old hag. His eyes tightened up and he clearly was holding something back. They stood quite uncomfortably and shifty while he continued to explain.
"We have been walking for quite some time and I haven't been able to get us much food these last days and I was hoping we could get some shelter here before continuing on "
