    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming would be the abuse of third-party program and/or in-game elements that indicate information that should be unknown to one role-playing and/or interacting with them. Two examples of this being the following:

    1) Making use of TeamSpeak/Discord to coordinate IC situations without actually roleplaying them IC;
    2) Making use of an element such as the default nametag of a player to identify them. Detailed example would be as follows; Jim calls out player James he has met for the very first time by their name displayed on their nametag. This information was unknown to Jim in-character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming can be worded as performing acts or emotes that are not humanlike. This forcing roleplay on others without them having a fair chance and/or even making things up to benefit yourself.
