    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is having or using knowledge that your character does not/cannot know, such as knowing exactly where cities are with no knowledge of them, or suddenly knowing magic
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is forcing control over other players, such as forcing players to lose both legs after a fight, or saying your sword insta kills everything.

-The Holy Orenian Empire is defunct, and Felsen is not a city that your character could be born in at age 23. If you would like to be part of an active human nation, I have a couple suggestions: The Kingdom of Norland, with it's capital being Ruriksguard;

The Kingdom of Renatus-Marna, with it's capital being Senntisten;

or the Kingdom of Santegia, with it's capital being Presa de Madera.

-Your metagaming definition is also not quite what we are looking for. Please provide an example, or reword your definition.
