Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Ah, well... What is there to tell?" Abilence meets her gaze, kneeling down somewhere near the candles to overcome her exhaustion. "Since you've been expecting me I assume you already know what happened to the Chapel I grew up in, or what is going to happen. No? Ah, No matter. Not even I am so sure of it. Father made me leave before they could reach us." After a while Abilence begins twiddling her thumbs, obviously having a hard time warming up to this damp climate. "Its been a peaceful life really. It's a shame it couldn't stay like this forever, but I assume it also has its bright sides for me to leave." She begins stretching her Hands around the candles like its a campfire to warm up. "Funnily enough, this marks my first time being in a swamp. I've only known the meadows I grew up in, not to forget the nearby forests we went to every summer to pick berry's. Say, you wouldn't happen to have a spare bedroll laying around somewhere do you? Its been an exhausting day."
