Within the underground city of Mel'kor (Dark Elf Capital), the wails of Evel'lyra resonated against the stalagmites and made ripples in the ponds of water that lined the cavern. - Her birth was sequelled by a viewing into the horoscope from Shamans worshiping of the Ancestors to determine her fate, ultimately decided that she was bound for strife, a figure of weakness that necessitated the aid of all those who would give it to her. Due to this, her childhood was met with innumerable sorrows from both her mother and father alike, both followers of the faith and the teachings of the Shamans, who protected her at every turn even against the most trivial of threats. Despite this, in time, the youth grew into a young woman, capable of bracing the world of Atlas on her own, and bringing relief to her family as the omen finally rid itself of their grasp. With her star-bound fate in mind, she challenges the prospects by facing the world and seeking out meaning, Ancestors at arm's reach for when she needs prayer despite her fear that they may be, in truth, against her.
