    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is performing a feat your character couldn't actually do

Born in the Kingdom of Gladewynn in the city of Caras Elder, he is a young adventurer itching to get to into battle and protect his land from all things that would dare upset the balance. He has undying loyalties to all that he loves and everyone or everything that he considers his friend. His father taught him the value and practically of sword play. He stands around 6’1” and has glowing red eyes. He is average looking and nothing really sets him apart from the rest of the crowd but in battle he is fierce and unrelenting. He enjoys the company of his companions as much as adventuring, even if he is a lightweight you can still find him at the local inn after training or exploring having a great time with his friends. He spends most of his free time interacting and chatting with the people of his town but every now and again you can catch him alone spending time enjoying a good book or relaxing in the solidarity of his home. His father was a warrior and participated in the Siege of San’Kala and his mother wasn’t anything special just a law abiding citizen. He is looking to make his father proud and his mother happy by becoming a great adventure and obtaining riches to push his social standing in Caras Elder, a land he holds dear to his heart.

Physical Description: A young dark elf with much to learn, he is slender and around 6'1" with glowing red eyes that pierce the night.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Ø  Your powergaming definition does not match the server’s definition of powergaming. Please refer to our wiki page on Powergaming for the most correct and relevant info (Just keep in mind not to plagiarize).

 

Ø  Your characters eyes can’t seem like they see into the souls of anything you character considers an enemy. Please change this.

 

Ø You must include at least one server lore reference in your character biography (other than your character’s race or family, or one of the server’s maps). This lore reference could be something like the name of the city your character was born in or an event such as a war that your character has lived through. Please fix this using the wikia and forums for examples to use.

 

Ø  Axios is a previous map of the server which has now been vacated. Your character would not have been alive during this time. You may only use lore in your character biography from the time period your character lived through. Look for places on the wiki from the current map ‘Arcas’ or the map which was just vacated, ‘Atlas’, for places and events that would have existed/happened during your character’s lifetime.
