Birth and Early Life (FA 1338 - FA 1370)
Ithilion Drakon was born into the Drakon bloodline, a lineage known for its valor and wisdom. His early years were marked by rigorous training in both combat and diplomacy. The Drakon family was once influential, but by the time Ithilion was born, they had fallen on hard times due to internal conflicts and external pressures from rival houses.
Rise to Prominence (FA 1370 - FA 1400)
As a young elf, Ithilion showed exceptional talent in both martial and diplomatic arts. His prowess earned him a place among the elite guard of his community. Through his efforts, he began to restore the honor of the Drakon name. His leadership during several key conflicts and his skillful negotiation in critical treaties were instrumental in elevating his family's status.
Rebuilding the Drakon Bloodline (FA 1400 - FA 1450)
Ithilion's most notable achievement was during a period of great strife when the Drakon bloodline was nearly extinguished. He rallied the remaining members and allies, leading them through a series of strategic alliances and victories that not only saved his family but also positioned them as a central force. His leadership style, though proud and sometimes seen as arrogant, was effective and respected.
High Diplomat and Warden (FA 1450 - FA 1650)
For centuries, Ithilion served as a high diplomat and warden. His wisdom and experience made him an invaluable advisor to the ruling council. However, as time passed, the newer generations began to see him as an obstacle to progress. His traditional views and reluctance to adopt new ways led to friction with younger leaders.
Exile to the Northern Reaches (FA 1650 - Present)
The tension between Ithilion and the younger leaders reached a peak. Realizing that his presence was causing more harm than good and understanding the need for his community to evolve, Ithilion made the difficult decision to exile himself. He chose the northernmost reaches, near the great ice wall, as his place of solitude. This decision was driven by his sense of duty and a desire to protect his people in his own way.

“It doesn’t bother me, Snowball, it doesn’t bother me.” Ithilion stands alone in his icy cold stables, speaking to his aging horse.
He raises his arms, his single eye blinking at the beast. “They’ll probably be fine. I’ve been away long enough. The ice wall is practically no more, not what it used to be at least,” Ithilion mutters, seeming to argue with his horse.
“If I were them, I’d be glad—assuming they’re still… Well, you know, we’ve talked about this before.” He speaks, running a gloved hand past his nose before scratching behind his ear. “You never know with them. I’ll admit they can be a difficult bunch, which is why I’m certain they’re fine.”
The beast neighs, likely bored to death by the same old stories for the last twenty years. It wishes to suffer no more.
“Yes, I know, I know.” Ithilion nods, his single eye blinking—or winking? “That’s why we’re going south again, to see for ourselves, Snowball.”
Ithilion pats his horse, having finished brushing it. “We’ll ride early at sun-up. Best get your rest, Snowball.”
...
And so, Ithilion is to be reunited with his people once more.
