    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is gaining ooc knowledge and applying the in character for an unfair advantage or own pleasure despite it being against the rules as that character would never be able to have the information received.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is taking control of a situation and holding the upper-hand. This would include forcing actions upon a player and not giving them time to respond.

Dariah blinks a few times at the man who suddenly begun talking to her, she wasn't one for small talk or conversations that may grow long however she did not want to seem disrespectful so she smiled softly and replies. "Hello there, I merely seek an aspiration of writing. To share my love for this world, adventure would be part of that I suppose." She bows to the man "I'm so deeply sorry but I must be on my way now." She waves to him and hurries off seeking to buy a journal.
