Hessarn D’nacia lived as a nomadic hunter for all of what he remembers of his life. After a fateful encounter with a pack of rabid wolves, Hess lost his left eye, and the memories of who exactly he is or where he hails from. He believes it to be the will of the aspects that he is even alive; thus driving him to worship them and protect all of nature in its cycles. The only semblance of identity he could find among his things was in a wooden engraving of an elven child, with his name carved into the base. He has spent the past 30 years sheltered away in his own hermitage, occasionally trading furs, bones and carvings with the surrounding villages for necessities like clothes and the occasional book. After hearing of a place for all elves called Caras Eldar, Hess set out to live among his kind.
