    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is using out of character information in game, for example, so ooc someone says to you "Richard de foy" attacked me last night, so you in character go off and attack him, only using what you heard out of role play.

Born and raised in Haelun'or, Alanah Rose Aldahen started life as an orphan, she never had a real family or friends to rely on. When she was just three years old her mother and father divorced and left her to an orphanage, well that is what she was told.. She never really fitted in among the other children, the girls teased her for being this adventurous, wild girl while the others were playing with dolls and other toys, Aldahen would stick to stick fighting the boys and climbing trees. One individual named Marcus De'Foy always took an interest in what Aldahen was trying to achieve, he took it upon himself to teach her all he learnt from his father. Each day they spent together reading every book in the orphan library, learning different ways of combat, the art of the sword and also learning about the Dominion. After 3 years of training and learning with Marcus, life looked to be getting better... until Marcus was sent to war and never returned, each day Aldahen was alone and teased again. She kept studying and worrying where her best friend was gone. When she turned nineteen she left for the Dominion of Malin to escape the strict culture of the high elves. Now and then she wonders if she will ever see Marcus again, if that was even his real name, through all the training she did she was ready to become a fighter, to protect and server those around her. Aldahen now lives in a house in the Dominion, starting a new life and continuing her studies, hoping one day her best friend will return to her side and fight with her.

Physical Description: Long crimson red linen dress, black leather boots laced up to her knee,a bronze metal ren belt, an amethyst chain necklace and a ring on index finger.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
