    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information that you, the player, is aware of in game/rp, despite the character you are playing not having that knowledge.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming refers to the use of unfair or unrealistic actions in game which causes one to appear godly or invincible. This may include making one's character immune to certain status effects despite them not having those resistances, or giving one's character impossible, god-like powers.

"Thank you," Guichao replied swiftly, not looking at the man. Her brother, who had been next to her only a second ago, had disappeared, vanished into the crowd. What happened to 'sticking together'? She clicked her tongue, exasperation knotting her brows and turning the corners of her lips down in a frown. Little brothers!
 

"We will have to chat another time," she lowered her head, bowing to the gentleman. What a dashed first meeting with someone from a distant land! Guichao hurriedly turned to hide her souring expression, and with a wave, she stepped into the crowd, returning a final, "Zai jin."
