Mendir was born in Elvenesse to Avelon, a wood elf and Smidir a high elf, and was happy, and lived a relatively calm life until he was attacked by a group of orcs near by elvenesse, this disturbed Mendir so much that he moved to Haelun'or with the high elves, he still visits Elvenesse to visit family and friends but his visits are only when he is passing near by from his adventurous spirit. he wasn't taught traditionally but instead was taught by his parents how to read speak and write, all his knowledge of the wilderness was taught via experience. He has made quite a few good friends in Haelun'or, although at 27 his mother was capture by the orcs, being held for seasons until escaping, he has since vowed to kill as many orcs as possible with out running into a great orc, such as a king. he also likes high elves and high elves like him, which is controversial. he has the view, that people are not responsible for what their ancestors did, he also visits the humans and halflings when his adventurous instinct kicks in. he doesn't believe in war but is willing to fight in one to keep his community, family and friends safe whether they be in Elvenesse or Haelun'or. he study's with the high elves in Haelun'or for months at a time until his adventurous instinct kicks in and he go's away for months, stopping at human and halfling settlements until he finds his way back to Haelun'or.

he glances at the gentleman thinks for a second and says "well I came purely for the adventure, although I might pick up a small errands job, but I have business in Haelun'or, so don't expect me to stay too long"
