    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: metagaming is put action right in by the influence of the player not the character, like I know because someone text me some information but my charater himself can't gather this information but I, the player, know and take action base on that information.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: To use the benefit from context or story that limited the action of the others, example is if I say I killed Mr.A with my sword by slash his throat that means Mr.A have no chance to survive but if I only say I slash Mr.A throat that doesn't mean Mr.A will surely died.

He will put a little smile, not too much but still noticable,  on his face and tell the gentleman  "I come here to see if this is the begining of the end or the end of the begining of this chapter" and ask him nicely about this city to gather information that he can from this gentleman.
