    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Useing out of character info to influence In-Character choices. Example; Hearing about some crime another character did from a freind, and going out of your way to punish the criminal. That would be Metagaming, as your useing outside information.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming forces an action onto another player, without giving them a chance to respond. It's like declaring that your actions are sucessful as soon as you do them.

Very solid application! I really enjoyed it, and it seems you have a very thorough understanding of powergaming and metagaming.
A few recommendations before you begin playing on the server. You don't need to do any of these, but I would strongly recommend to!

-Create a forum account! Although it is not required, a lot of roleplay posts go up on the forums, and having an account will let you have an input on various polls that happen on the server! Additionally, if you would like to apply for a magic, or a creature, you will need a forum account to do so.
