You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
"As a child, I robbed small town stores with whatever kind of weapons I could get my hands on. As I aged my robbery extended to larger more attention-filled things, like powerful people or banks. One of those robberies went particularly well, until we were busted in our escape route. One of the boys in the robbery had ratted us out, and we were done for. I was given the choice of either joining the knights of the kingdom or facing years in prison. I became a knight and that's where I've been for the last 4 years of my life, now I'm here taking some time to explore."
