    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using acquired OOC information to get IC benefits, for example: calling someone by their name, reading his nametag or playing with someone who is your OOC friend without knowing them IC, without starting a gradual relationship. "Spying" an OOC chat, eg. I say that I am part of a certain group, and I am talking OOC with someone else, you can read the chat and understand that I am part of that faction, pretending to know it IC, to take advantage of it. Basically using any OOC knowledge into the IC universe is metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Roleplaying unfair and unrealistic for your character actions and forcing roleplay on other players, like beating somebody up in one /me without letting them react, or RPing superhuman strenght unlikely of your character.

Vrogag The Janky leaves the ship that brought him into the unfammiliar region. His beefy carcass moves across the pier as a greedy smirk lands on the Orc's face, exposing his sharp teeth. Throughout his entire walk down the pier he moves by numerous markets, snatching the items off display and nonchalantly throwing them into his rucksack - Vrogag can't wipe the grin off his sharp face while bullying the weaker races.

He's finally stopped by the man and greets him with an angered, boiling gaze. 

 

"Hoo darez step in ma way?" The red Orc heaved out at the well dressed man, unleashing his saliva dripping tusks. 

 

"I lookz for opponentz. Spar muh, human!" Right infront of everybody, Vrogag unleashes a bone-made battle axe and dares a random human to match his strenght.

To answer your question regarding the rule- Yes! If they agree to PK because of an execution, then you're good to go with the execution.
