    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is unfairly using outside resources for in-game assistance. Whether that be texting a friend to help your character get out of combat or calling someone to help you climb down safely out of a tree with a bucket of water.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Attempting to enforce major in-game actions against other player-characters. For example, *Greg pierces Alan's heart with a crossbow bolt* instead of saying *Greg aims for Alan's heart with a crossbow*
