Eldrin son of El’adi was born and raised in the woods near Laurelin. El’adi was of beloun seed which gave Eldrin his bright blue eyes, his mother of Aureon blood. His mother and father raised him as a normal wood elf, his father crafted bows and his mother tended the orchard. He grew up learning his father’s trade. He was an only child, so it was as if he was his father’s apprentice. He would help around the house as well, and about once a month would accompany his father into town where he had friends. At the age of 67 his father was commissioned to craft a bow for a lord across the land. The father crafted a beautifully ornate hunting bow for the lord and booked passage to his realm. That was the last time Eldrin had ever seen his father. Eldrin and his mother had missed him very much, but after a year they had decided that he had certainly met his fate somewhere. Eldrin attempted to take up his father’s business. He was not nearly as renowned as his father, however, so his bows sold for less if at all. Eldrin was not making much money and was struggling to take care of his mother. At the age of 75, Eldrin sold their cabin in the woods and set his mother up with a wonderful house in the city. With the money from the home his mother needn’t worry about living expenses, and so Eldrin, feeling lost thus far, had gathered some gear and set out on the road. He did not know what he was looking for... A woman, Gold, Fame... But he knew he would not find it at home.
“Honestly I’ve no idea,” Eldrin responds. He politely reaches his hand out for a shake. “Eldrin is my name.”
The man responds with a firm handshake and his name.
"Won’t you tell me what there is to do in town?” asks Eldrin as they begin to walk towards the square.
