In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Instead of unrealistic actions, I should always include "attempt" in my wording.
In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: It simply allows knowledge to players who know what will or would be happening thus meaning it's unfair and breaks the respect of roleplaying and the experience for others.

Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 26
Physical Description: Red eyes, long black hair, large tusks, 7'7 tall, 377 pounds, and wears light armor made of leather on my waist, steel shoulders and skeleton chest
Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

((How do you respond?))

Example:

*He stares at the old hag and begins to sit, relieved at the kind gesture the old hag portrays*

"Boldog, previously raised by tribe. Born under omen and blood. Father and mother fall in battle against elves... Tribe falls too. Boldog alone, surrounded by elves. Boldog howl loud when moon red, elves yell and other elves leave. Boldog not forget. Not forgive. He train in shadow, hunt in silence. Alone, Blade speak for him. Boldog moves forward."

*He stares ahead brave with stoic eyes*
