Joan Elfor: Biography
While being mostly raised by his father, a humble merchant in Varhelm Norland, Joan Elfor grew up with a harshful childhood. When he was a child his mother lived well and healthy pregnant with his younger sibling. A few months before her due date she died along with the unborn infant in a raiding she got trapped in. The words he remembers from the moment he was told by the guards shattered his whole childhood. “She was in the wrong area at the wrong time. Kae sincerest condolences, Kae am llun for nae lost.”
Coming into his older age, Joan began to find the rightful group he needed to build his mental health back to his full potential. His father supported him all through his life, knowing he couldn’t provide much he taught Joan small skills like: Marketing, flexibility as well as salesman skills and integrity. His father couldn’t provide the right training in swordsmanship, but he spent most of his young teenage years teaching him government along with his rights and how to use it when being put in certain situations.
Now being in his mid teenage years to younger adult years, Joan visited his ancestors that lived through the Third Crusade and Coalition war. Knowing they had the answers and knowledge to what he is missing, he craved for anything he knew could be of use to him for when he moved forward to have a family of his own. He learnt how to maintain and use swords / axes along with basic medic treatment. He changed a huge percent of his personality, he became more powerful in his mind along with huge desires of protecting the women he loved at the time. He presented himself as a proud protector.
Now in his later stages of adulthood leading to now. He spends most months traveling around Norland Looking for somewhere to bring his knowledge and family so that he could settle down. His love grew sick sadly, going into coma then death she left him in sorrow for a few years after.
He already planned for a place to move to with her, he was left clueless on what to do now that he no longer had his one only love. Knowing her wishes she would've wanted he pushed himself to move forward and he continued to move to the new area, The Jarldom of Dun’rae.
Joan got off the ship after a long journey across the sea on his back he carries a backpack with a armor and his sword he had trained so much in the past his eyes were focused on reaching the place where he had focused all his attention for a long time, he was walking through the market trying to avoid people but was stopped by a finely dressed gentleman approached Joan with a big smile
"Welcome!" He began. "What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some great aspiration to elevate your place in society?" Joan stands tall, lurking his eyes around the environment, directly spoken, " I wouldn't say I'd be looking for something. I am traveling to a certain place I've had my eye on." He holds his hand out for a shake. Sending the man a rough manly expression.
