You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
**Lilo stiffs up for a moment not expecting to be apprehended for she was trying to keep a low profile** "Lo t'ere, me naem ess Lola, oi come from t'e cold mountains..." **she pauses still hesitant to tell an old hag her whole story** "...from t'e realm of Urguan.**she eventually told the old hag about her origin as she continued** "but oi feel loike oi dunnae belong t'ere so oi decoided to pack me t'ings and travel instead, ended up 'ere an' meetin ye strange.'"** she clenched the belt around her waist as she kicked some wet dirt, sending the mud flying towards a nearby tree as she would gaze back to the hag** "now t'at oi told ye w'o oi am, oi 'oped ye could be of ane' use to 'elp me foind Lurin, been travelin for weeks an' koinda lost meself for oi dunnae recall Lurin to be in some bogwater dump." **she scolded to the old hag as she then gave her a solid pokerface.** "'Ow far am oi lost to foind a nearbe' map or a navigator to aid me to t'e mentioned location?" **she asked the Hag.**

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: you avoid Powergaming by not inserting terms that sound aggressive assertive, like "X goes to stab Y, killing Y in the process", instead you do "X goes in to swing its weapon to Y, hoping it would give the winning blow."
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Meta-gaming disrupts role play because it breaks the worlds reality, like if my character knowing another characters name without having any previous interactions with them. or when you get bandited by masked bandits, yet you identify them due to their IGNS (mine craft names), impossible.
